Our Distillery Series is our vehicle to bringing you whiskey you've never experienced before. Introducing our 2nd installation, Follesrunn Rye Whiskey Finished in Cognac Casks.

Named for the "Runners" of the classic cognac grape, "Folles Blanche" - it might be a good idea to do some running of your own down to our distillery to get your hands on it.

Aroma:
Fig, Blossom, Pear, Allspice, Mint, Licorice, Banana, Vanilla, Custard, Nutmeg, Maple Syrup, Toasted Almond, Apple

Palate:
Black Pepper, Allspice, Custard, Wine, Floral, Prune, Fig, Berry, Dried Fruit, Vinious, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Oak, Mint, Toasted Almond, Leather, Grapefruit, Prune, Rye

Finish:
Anise, licorice, cinnamon, leather, earthy,
